This bachelor thesis deals with marketing research of customer satisfaction, of a limited liability company, Kavárna and Bistro termoska s.r.o. in Velké Meziříčí. The theoretical part defines marketing terms, external and internal business environment and methods of marketing research. The practical part deals with the analysis of the marketing environment of the company and marketing research of customer satisfaction. At the end of the thesis, proposals leading to improvement of the current situation of the company are given.
Business Plan - The Establishing of a Bistro

This diploma thesis deals with the establishment of a business entity, and at the same time provides an insight and methodology of the process of compiling a business plan and its application in everyday practice. At the very beginning of the work are characterized individual terms from the business environment and literature background. The following part of the diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the business environment in which the newly established entity will do business. In the very conclusion, on the basis of analyses and findings, individual proposals and recommendations are set for how to compile a business plan.

The diploma thesis focuses on the development of business activities of Netcope Technologies a.s. on the U.S. IT technology market. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical knowledge, which is subsequently used in the analytical part. The analysis is subject to the company itself, its competitive environment and the American market. Values from all analyses were summed up into the SWOT and subsequently evaluated. The last part deals with solving these problems which should help the company to increase sales and thus sales on the U.S. market.

In the analytical part I make current state analysis and financial analysis. The proposal part presents optimal ways of finanacing this project.

The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a realistic business plan for the establishment of a new company running vending machines which sell fresh fruit and vegetable juices in Brno. The business plan is based upon company's external and internal environment analysis, including its own marketing research of customer demand and preferences. Business proved to be not only economically endurable but also profitable in realistic revenue development.
